What should I expect when I check in for my volunteer shift?

Please arrive onsite about 30 minutes before the start of your shift. 

Please check your specific shift time on the Volunteer Portal.

CHECK-IN FOR YOUR VOLUNTEER SHIFT 

Please arrive 30 minutes before your shift starts as it can be a bit of a walk from the car park to the Volunteer Check-in tent. The volunteer tent is easy to find and will be on your approach to the village area. 

When you arrive:  

• Sign in to your shift 
• Grab your red T-shirt and wristband.
• Enjoy some food
• Introduce yourself to your fellow Volunteers.  

CHECK-OUT PROCESS 

Checking out at the end of your shift is just as important as checking in. We want to personally thank you, hear your stories and make sure you’re leaving the site with great memories. 

• The Area Manager will let you go when it's time to check out (if they forget, it is on you to remind them!).
• Check Out at the Volunteer Tent.
