Viewing and selecting your event photos has never been easier. After each race, you will receive a code which you can use to claim a single digital photo worth £12.99 or you can take advantage of your code by applying it to the full photo package worth £29.99 and pay only £17.
The code will unlock cutting-edge face recognition technology, providing you with a selection of your heroic shots to choose from.
How to Claim Your Race Photos
- We will notify you by email when the photos are ready to view after your race, or you can sign up to receive a reminder directly from Sportograf to stay ahead of the pack.
- Your email will include a free single digital photo code per race day
- Simply use your codes at the checkout to claim a single digital photo worth £12.99.
- Alternatively, you can take advantage of your code by applying it to the full photo package worth £29.99 and pay only £17.
- Please note that all codes are unique to your registration, so make sure to use the same email address associated with your registration when viewing.
Terms & Conditions:
Codes cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or code, codes are non transferable and are only valid on London South East 2023 race photos. Codes are day specific, and cover one free photo per day or the value can be used against the full photo package per day. Multiple code’s cannot be used in a single transaction . Codes cannot be exchanged for monetary value
Races Before September 2023
How do I find my photos?
1. You can find your photos on the RESULTS & PHOTOS page.
2. Once on the Results and Photos page, use the search tab to enter the location of the event you attended.
3. Select your race location once it populates.
4. You will then need to select the PHOTOS tab as well as the Distance you raced.
5. Select the "FIND MY PHOTOS" tab at the top right of the page.
6. This will allow you to upload a photo of yourself so that Spartan can use "Facial Recognition" to locate your photos faster and more efficiently. .
Another way you can search for photos is by using time splits. To do that, just click "Filter By Time" and you can enter a time of day. Then, you would click "All Obstacles" to choose the obstacle that corresponds with the time you were there.
Just enter the times from the "Time of Day" into the search box, choose the corresponding obstacles, and that will pull up the photos from the time you were there.
Other Photo Details
- Photos taken in the Festival area may be found under the Race Highlights section.
- Please allow 3-5 days after your race for photos to be uploaded to the website.
- We do not have any photos available for races prior to September 2016.
- Spartan owns the rights to the photos we take and we brand them with our logo. You are not able to remove the logo(s) from your official Spartan Race photos.
