Sadly once a start time or event is sold out, we cannot add additional racers.
Due to safety reasons, we can only allow a specific amount of racers on a course in a day. Once this limit has been reached we will not be able to "squeeze" your friends or family members into a sold-out start time no matter how much we'd like to. This includes teams. To prevent any disappointment on race day, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible. We list and promote our races for many months before race weekend allowing racers plenty of time to register before events become full.
If a start time is password protected, it means it is a gated heat time and is not available to the public. These spots are reserved and we cannot give out the password to gain access to the system.
Some exceptions to this rule can be made for our dedicated Season Pass holders.
