How do I book camping?

Camping has not been announced yet for 2024. Please check the race page for your specific event for updates.

 

When should I arrive on-site? 

Check-in for camping opens Friday from 4PM to 9 PM. 

The exact opening times will be sent to you 14 days before your camping weekend.

 

Where do I register when I arrive?

On the arrival, follow the signage directing you to the camping area. At the entrance, you will be greeted by our team. You will need to bring your ID and your registration QR code.

 

What size tent can I bring? 

We will have marked space for 4-man tents.

 

Can I bring a Camper van? 

Camper Vans may be allowed at select events. If camper vans are permitted at a specific race location then special registration may be required. To inquire about your specific event please contact Customer Service at cs@uk.spartan.com

 

Will there be parking? 

Our parking team will navigate you to the parking spaces. Please be aware that the parking area has a speed limit of 10mph.

 

Can I bring guests with me?

Guests are not permitted to enter the campsite unless they have purchased a camping pass.

 

Are pets allowed? 

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

 

Am I allowed to cook onsite? 

Yes, we will have a designated area for cooking.

 

Are there showers/ toilet facilities nearby? 

We will have a few portable toilets in the camping area. Shower facilities are not available on site. We will have a rinse station available but please be aware that it will be off-limits after the event village area closes.

 

Can I buy a Camping Pass on arrival?

Due to a limited number of places, you will have to purchase a Camping Pass in advance. This can only be purchased online. Without a valid ticket, you will be turned away.

 

Can I transfer my camping purchase to another event? 

All Camping purchases are final and cannot be transferred to a future event.
