What is a Season Pass?

Entry into all 2023 Spartan UK: Beast, Super and, Sprint racers as well as 25% off Ultra and Hurricane Heats.  

Spartan UK is offering three options for your 2023 Season Pass. 

1. The ELITE Season Pass, is valid for all Start Blocks in 2023: Competitive Elite, Competitive Age Group, and Open (Morning or Afternoon).
2. The AGE GROUP Season Pass, is valid for Competitive Age Group and Open (Morning or Afternoon) Heats, during the 2023 calendar year.
3. The OPEN Season Pass, is valid for OPEN (Morning or Afternoon) Heats, during the 2023 calendar year.

• Spartan UK OCR (Sprint, Stadion, Super, & Beast) events during the 2023 calendar year.
• 25% off Spartan UK Ultra OCR events during the 2023 calendar year.
• 25% off Spartan UK Hurricane Heat 12-Hour (HH12HR) during the 2023 calendar year. 
• 25% off Spartan UK Hurricane Heat 4-Hour (HH4HR) during the 2023 calendar year.

How do I sign up with my pass?

1. Find an event on our website.
2. Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose.
3. When prompted, log in to your Spartan Tickets account, using the SAME email address you used to purchase your pass (This is important)
4. Once you select your preferred start time (that is valid for your pass) you will immediately see your registration discounted.
5. If you do not immediately see this discount, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding.

Can I share my pass with a friend if I am not attending an event?

No. The pass is only valid for the person it is registered to.

If your pass is used to register someone else, their order will be cancelled.

If it is caught after the event, they will be DQ'ed and their results removed from the event.

Your pass will also be revoked with no refunds given.

There is a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse. No excuses, no exceptions. 

What else do I need to know?

• Competitive Elite and Age Group Heats in 2023 are gated and require a British Obstacle Sport Membership. Please view the following FAQ for more information. 
• The UK Season Pass are only valid on eligible 2023 Spartan races in the UK. 
• Passes are only valid for events in the 2023 calendar year. 
• The Spartan Season Pass guarantee entry to every event during the life of your pass but does not guarantee entry into a specific heat.
• The registration team will give priority to pass holders when adjusting heat assignments, or accepting last-minute registrations, but requests will still be subject to space limitations.
• Speciality races such as charity races, or other possible special events including ones put on by Spartan's Partners may not be included or may be included at a reduced rate. 
• The pass cannot be put on hold or transferred to another race season in the case of injury, moving, or any other reason. 
• We are not able to credit current or past registrations toward the cost of 2023 passes.
• We are not able to refund current registrations if you buy a pass after signing up for an event.
• The Season Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• When you sign up with a pass we are not able to transfer that registration to another person or event.
• Season Pass Holders have access to sold-out events.
  • Season Pass Holders do not have access to sold-out heats. 
• If an event is completely sold out we will accommodate you in the afternoon session. 
• Speciality events including but not limited to, Agoge, 2023 European Championships, and charity events are not eligible for any discount with the Season Pass.
• Passes do not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat. You must register early to guarantee your spot!
• Your pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event.
  • For Season Pass holders that would like to run an additional timed lap, there will be an additional on-site charge of £15 for a new timing chip, bib packet, finisher medal, and shirt.
