Last Minute Registration Questions

I registered within two weeks of the event, and I have some questions.

1. What happens if the start time I need to register for is sold out?
2. I registered on Thursday or Friday, before the event, where do I find my start time and bib number?
3. Registration is closed, but I already paid for a third-party registration voucher (from Groupon/LivingSocial/etc.)!

What happens if the start time I need to register for is sold out?

Unfortunately, we can't help you sign up for a sold-out start time.  Allowing racers to register for sold-out start times would overcrowd our heats, causing bottlenecks on the course and becoming a safety issue.

I registered on Thursday or Friday before the event, where do I find my start time and bib number?

Online Registration is open for most events until 5:00 PM EST the Friday prior to race day.

If you register on the Thursday or Friday prior to the race (any time after 12:00 AM Eastern time), your name will not appear on the "Racer Start Time & Bibs" list.  On race day, you will need to proceed to the Race Day Registration Tent in order to claim your bib and be assigned a start time.

We cannot guarantee any specific start time, but we can guarantee that you will start your race within your chosen time block (Elite, Age Group, Morning, or Afternoon).  In order to make this process go as smoothly as possible, you must arrive at least 90 minutes before the beginning of your time block.

Bib numbers are assigned on race day when you check in. 

Registration is closed, but I already paid for a third-party registration voucher from Groupon, LivingSocial, etc.!

Don't panic!  You can still register for the event, but you'll need to do so at the venue.

Please arrive about an hour before you plan on running.  You'll need to bring a copy of your voucher, coupon code, and photo ID.  Proceed to the Race Day Registration tent and our staff will help you get signed up.

Please Note: Most third-party vouchers are only applicable for "Afternoon (PM)" time blocks, so if you plan on running in a competitive time block, you will need to pay the upgrade fee at the time of registration. Movement into earlier time blocks is subject to space availability.

Where can I find other important race information?

You can find all relevant race information on the Event Page or in the Race Day Programme. The Race Day Programme will be posted under the "Important Race Documents" the week of the race.
