Once an event is sold out or a start time is sold out, we cannot add additional racers to those events/heats. We list and promote our events many months ahead of time giving racers ample time to register for the start times they would like. Once a race day is sold out or a heat time is sold out, it is gone.
For safety reasons, we can only allow so many racers on a course in a day; if we reach that number, we are unable to squeeze in your friend, teammate, or spouse, no matter how much we'd like to.
To prevent this, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible.
For events that are not Sold Out, we offer Race Day and Last Minute registration whenever we can, but if an event is filled to capacity, these options will not be available.
If a heat is password protected, that means the heat is not available to the public. These spots are reserved and we will not give out the password to gain access to the system.
If you have a Season Pass and were unable to register online, you can sign up on race day. However, please note that having a pass does not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat. Passholders who register on race day will be subject to heat availability, as determined by the onsite staff. We always recommend registering early online to secure your spot!
Please plan to arrive at least 1.5 hours before your desired heat. Bear in mind that while Season Pass holders have access to Sold Out events they are not guaranteed entry into a specific start block or time. Season Pass holders are subject to heat capacity rules.
