Racing and Volunteering the same day

Your racing options depend on the shift you choose.

If you are volunteering and running at the same event weekend, please read carefully the options below:

1. If you are running on the same day as your shift
   • Once you are done with your shift, direct yourself to the volunteer tent to SIGN OUT.
   • You can then register to race at the Registration Tent.
2. If you are not running we will send your volunteer code by email 48 hours after the end of the event.
3. You are welcome to volunteer on Saturday and use your free race for Sunday by simply going to the onsite info desk after you have completed your volunteer shift.
   1. Alternatively, you may also run on Saturday or before your shift and get reimbursed once you have completed your Sunday volunteering shift

If you do not check out you will NOT receive a volunteer code. 

• Our codes are only valid for one year, so you will need to choose if you will apply your code to a race in 2024 or in 2025.
• If you choose to run in 2025, please let us know and we will make sure that the code works for 2024 events. 
• To transfer your code from 2024 to 2025, you will need to email in an unused 2024 code to customer service and it will be exchanged for an equivalent code.

To be able to run on the same day you will need to speak to our Volunteer Lead and they will navigate you to what else to do. You must bring a photo ID.  If you are racing in the morning volunteer heat, you DO NOT need to stop at the Volunteer Tent first.
