At which events can I use my free future race?
The code will be valid for 2024 and the following year. The codes will work only for Open heats, but they can be upgraded to Competitive Heats for a fee.
Which codes do I get for which events?
If you complete a half-day volunteering shift with us (either an AM or a PM shift, you will receive a code covering one of the Kids/Super/Sprint race
If you complete a full-day volunteering shift with us, you will receive a code covering one of the Kids/Super/Sprint/Beast race
The Ultra race code is only available at events where an Ultra event is happening
Am I able to stack my volunteer codes?
If you complete 2 half-day shifts, you will be able to combine 2 half day codes, to cover one beast race
If you complete 2 full day shifts, you will be able to combine 2 full day codes to cover one Ultra race
I am missing a volunteer code, what do I do?
Email ukvolunteers@spartan.com and include your full name, the date you volunteered, the shift you attended and the event you volunteered at.
If you wish to use the missing code to register for an upcoming event, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure you get your credit on time.
