What types of Season Passes do you offer?
In 2025, Spartan offers two types of Season Passes to suit your racing needs!
Spartan UK Season Pass
- Including the following race types - Sprint, Super and Beast Races in 2025
- Including all heat types (Competitive and Open)
- Excludes entry into any 2025 World or Regional Championship events and heats
Spartan Ultra Season Pass
- All 2025 regular season UK Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra and 4HR HH
- Valid for Competitive and Open Heats
- 2 entries to 2025 World Championship event and 1 entry to 2025 Morzine (Beast, Super or Sprint) in Open Heats
- Excludes entry into any 2025 World or Regional Championship Heats
What are the benefits of 2025 Spartan Season Passes?
UK Season Pass
- Entry into all 2025 regular season UK Sprint, Super, and Beast events
- Valid for Competitive and Open Heats (subject to availability)
- Excludes entry into any 2025 World or Regional Championship Heats
- Exclusive pass holder gear (details coming soon) (Only valid for passes purchased before 30/09/2024)
- 1 Free Spectator Pass per event you have registered for with your pass
- 2025 Open Buddy Discount Code (valid for five (5) uses at 50% off each, only valid for passes purchased before 31/12/2024)
Ultra Season Pass
- ALL THE ABOVE
- Including entries to Ultra and 4HR HH
- Five (5) additional uses of the 2025 Open Buddy Discount code (a total of ten (10) uses at 50% off each, only valid for passes purchased before 31/12/2024)
- 2 free race entries to the 2025 Spartan World Championship event weekends excluding Championship Heat
- 1 free entry to 2025 Morzine (Beast, Super or Sprint, open heats only)
- One 50% off individual entry to the 2025 Worlds Toughest Mudder
How do I sign up with my new pass?
- Find an event on our website.
- Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose.
- When prompted, log in to your Spartan Account using the same email address you used to purchase your pass.
- Select your preferred start time to see your registration discounted 100% (excluding racer add-on fees). If you do not see this discount, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding.
How do I use my benefits?
Ultra Season Pass & Season Pass Benefits:

- Your Season Pass can be used immediately upon purchase to register for live 2025 UK events

Free Spectator Pass:
- Valid for one spectator per event you have registered for with your pass
- Can be claimed on race day at Spectator Registration under the pass holder's name
- You cannot preregister your spectator before race day

Exclusive pass holder gear:
- More info coming soon
- Items cannot be shipped and must be collected onsite at one of your registered UK events
- Can only be claimed by the Season pass holder
- Valid for pass purchases made before 30/9/2024

2025 Open Buddy Discount Code
- Codes will be emailed to pass holders by 14/1/2025
- Share the codes with your buddies and they can enter them into the promotion field during registration
- Valid for UK Sprint, Super or Beast (open heats only)
- Buddy discount codes cannot be redeemed against Championship events or heats
- Discount will work five (5) times for Season Pass holders and ten (10) times for Ultra Season Pass holders at a discount of 50%
Ultra Season Pass Only Benefits:

- Ultra Pass holders will receive one 50% discount code valid for 2025 Worlds Toughest Mudder

Can I share my pass with a friend if I am not attending an event?
No. The pass is only valid for the person it is registered to. If your pass is used to register someone else, their order will be cancelled, and your pass will be revoked with no refunds given. There is a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse.
Can I use it on Hurricane Heats?
- The 2025 Season Pass does not include Hurricane Heats
- The 2025 Ultra Season Pass includes 4-hour Hurricane Heats only
Can I use it for Trail Series events?
- The 2025 Ultra Season Pass and Season Pass do not include any Trail events
What else do I need to know?
- Passes and discount codes will not cover any add-on or processing fees
- Racers will be responsible for paying these fees during registration
- Passes do not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat, register early to guarantee your spot!
- Your pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event
- If you register for an event using your Season Pass and cannot attend, you will not be refunded for the add-on fees
- Special races, including Charity races or those put on by Spartan's partners, may not be included or may be available at a reduced rate
- Season Passes are not valid for Championship heats
- Spartan reserves the right to update or remove benefits at any time
Do you offer refunds?
- Season passes are non-transferable once purchased
- If you register for an event using your Season Pass and cannot attend, you will not be refunded for the add-on fees
- Registrations completed with your Season Pass cannot be transferred to future events or other racers
- The pass cannot be put on hold due to injury, moving, or any other reason
- Current or past registrations cannot be credited toward the cost of a pass
