What is a Season Pass?

New for 2024, Spartan UK is offering two tiers of Season Passes, so you can choose the one that's right for you!

Ultra Season Pass

Race any place & any heat in the UK with the Ultra Season Pass. Experience epic races across the year in stunning locations that will leave FOMO at the door.

Why should I get one? What are the benefits?

The 2024 UK Season Pass includes:

How do I sign up with my new pass? 

Please Note:

If you intend to sign up someone else for a race so that you can all race together, your Season Pass and  personal details will be automatically applied to the first registration. Please register yourself FIRST using  your Season Pass and proceed to register your friends and family separately (in a new transaction).  

  1. Find an event on our website
  2. Click on the Register button at the top of the event page you choose
  3. When prompted, log in to your Spartan Account, using the SAME email address you used to purchase your pass (this is important)
  4. Once you select your preferred start time, you will immediately see your registration discounted 100%, leaving you to pay any racer add-on fees
  5. If you do not immediately see this discount, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance before proceeding

How do I use my benefits?

 Season Pass Membership benefits are easy to use! 

  • Race registration benefits can be used immediately upon purchase for open 2024 events, as noted above (How do I sign up with my new pass?)
  • Free Parking & Bag Check 
    • Present your registration conformation on race day to claim
  • **Free Spectator Passes can be used for your spectator to enter the festival area per event
    • UK Season Pass holders may claim 5 free spectators per event
    • UK Ultra Season Pass Holders may claim 10 free spectator passes per event
    • Codes will be emailed to pass-holders
  • *Exclusive Season Pass Gear
    • Hoodie, T-shirt, and Cap
    • Only available to collect on-site from UK Races. 
    • Only available on passes booked before 30th September 2023.

Can I share my pass with a friend if I am not attending an event?

No. The pass is only valid for the person it is registered to. If your pass is used to register someone else, their order will be cancelled. If it is caught after the event, they will be DQ'ed and their results will be removed from the event. Your pass will also be revoked with no refunds given. There is a zero-tolerance policy on Season Pass abuse. No excuses, no exceptions.

Can I use it on Hurricane Heats?

The 2024 UK Season Pass does not include Hurricane Heats.
The 2024 UK ULTRA Season Pass does include Hurricane Heat entries. 

What else do I need to know?

  • Competitive Heats in 2024 require a British Obstacle Sport Membership.
    • Please view the following FAQ for more information. 
  • Passes do not guarantee your entry into a sold-out heat.
    • You must register early to guarantee your spot!
  • Your Season Pass is valid for one chip-timed entry per day, per event
    • For Ultra Season Pass holders who would like to run an additional timed lap, there will be an additional discounted on-site charge for a new timing chip, bib packet, finisher medal, and shirt
  • Your Season Pass is unique to you and can not be shared; Season passes are non-transferable once purchased 
  • The Spartan Season Pass guarantees entry to every event during the life of your pass
    • It does NOT guarantee entry into a specific heat 
    • If an event is completely sold out we will accommodate you in the afternoon session 
    • The registration team will give priority to Season Pass Membership holders when adjusting heat assignments, or accepting last-minute registrations, but requests will still be subject to space limitations
  • Registrations completed with your Season Pass cannot be transferred to future events or to other racers
    • Transfers require a £20 transfer fee, so it is more practical (and cost-effective) for Season Pass holders to use their pass to register for a new race.
  • Specialty races such as the Charity races and Championship races, or other possible special events including ones put on by Spartan's Partners may not be included or may be included at a reduced rate
  • The pass cannot be put on hold in the case of injury, moving, or any other reason
  • We are not able to credit current or past registrations toward the cost of a pass
  • We are not able to refund current registrations if you buy a pass after signing up for an event
  • The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • If you are looking to upgrade your registration to a new start time please contact customer service for help

Terms and Conditions

Valid for a 2024 UK Ultra Season Pass, 2024 UK Season Pass or 2024 UK Trifecta Pass. Ultra Season Pass valid for any 2024 UK Sprint, Super, Beast, Ultra and Hurricane Heats. Season Pass valid for any 2024 UK Sprint, Super, and Beast. Trifecta Pass valid for one 2024 UK Sprint, one Super and one Beast.

2024 passes to not include entry into 2024 Championship events.

Friend and Family Discount Codes can be shared and redeemed for any open heat race. Friend and Family discount codes do not apply to competitive heats and cannot be redeemed against championship events.
2024 Pass Holder Race Wear is only available to collect on-site from UK Races. The items may not be shipped elsewhere nor can they be collected at another event. These items are only available on passes booked before 30th September 2023.
